-sleep 7am wakeup 4pm
-sit on bed for hour
-then get up wash my face an brush my teeth
-then sit on window smoke a cigartte and drink coffe while watching sunset
-go sit in front of pc and dont turn it on for hour
-go lay down on bed and surfing facebook on phone till i go sleep
-repeat
is this normal i feel like i dont wanna do anything but dont know who to ask about it
