A good precaution is to cook it well and add enough seasonign to facade the strong taste and smell of bovine liver
But not so much to remove it completely
I like to make a donut shaped wall of mashed potatoes, put strips of liver and its delicious juice that pools of when you cook it in the right way
I call it "The Lagoon"
