I know it isn't easy to talk about mental health in the country which I found pretty awful about the place. She also told me she suffer a lot of abuse before in her life. The thing that bugs tho is that in the region there is a well known place that helps young girls to help them with trauma in Olongapo. But she doesn't want to hear about it. You could do so more to help someone just to see yourself drown.
