Here’s a random section of NYC on a map of convicted sex offenders from the registry they’re forced to be on over here. You can click on any of them and get their picture and address and a list of their criminal convictions. I didn’t realize most countries don’t do this.
The yellow markers are convicted rapists, the red ones are convicted child molesters, the blue ones are “sexual battery” (probably varies what it is”), and the green ones are “other”
These go back several decades, these people are all on the registry for life wherever they go in the US
