>Much lower pay and higher cost of life unless you're in high paying jobs like doctor etc.>Hard to get a house / place to live unless you're rich.>Very hard to get a visa or citizenship unless you're already rich and with very good credentials.>Work days are 12+ hours.>Very few holidays and summer is only 1-2 weeks off.>Overtime working is required.>No real pension plans if you fall off the wheel, you're fucked.>Justice system is skewed and there's very little chance for fair trials to ever occur.>Japanese people will always consider you an outsider and even reject entry to a shop / building / meetings.>Only young Japanese people like foreigners but grow out of that eventually.>If you look western you'll be treated American all the time.>If you look fat you will be discriminated for that.>If you have bad skin condition, you will be discriminated for that.>If you look poor or badly kept you will be discriminated for that.>If you speak the language poorly, you will be discriminated for that.>Many cities are so huge you will feel lost in them even if you do read and speak Japanese.>You will never live close to your work, expect hour long travel every day via trains in over crammed trains.>All of your free time will be spent trying to figure out the insanely complicated and convoluted way of bureaucracy.>Japanese women are highly sought after and do not date men at all until their late 30's and when they do they only date the cream of the crop.Pros:
