ARs can't do that - they need maintenance for heavy use.
there's tons of reloading videos for AKs, you can charge the handle over the top, under the mag, or with your right hand, et cetera
i think there are some new AK platforms with very good recoil systems that make it more or less recoilless and i think they have modernized safeties. i think theyre had to get though. you'll most likely wind up with an AKM instead of one of those.
