Kids are much more rewarding and less messy than dogs and cats. A kid rarely pisses or shit on the floor (thanks, diapers). Kids can’t destroy the furniture until after they are able to speak. Kids can go with you just about anywhere. Kids don’t shed. A kid can eat whatever you can eat after they’re 10 months old. Eventually you can talk to a kid whereas a dog lacks the capacity for speech.
