If you can, try and invert your awareness as a head to the third eye point of your astral body
Listen internally for the sound of distant bells and seek in your consciousness the sound behind that sound until you can hear the loud ringing of a large bell
Remain at the astral third eye while doing all this. If you can catch that sound it will lift you out of wherever you're trapped and regenerate you.
there are other sounds that can come up but the bells are the ones to pull you higher
the shrill whistle is also an acceptable second option
