minor argument that ended with him pushing me after I pushed him i fell down and he leaned down picked me up and put his palms on checks cradles my face and says sorry
Then about 10 minutes and one cop van pulls up 2 cops then 8 then a witness saying he (my boyfriend) punched me in the face I freak out i have no marks no bruises and told the whole truth (I hit first he has no history of hitting me)
He is in jail and I called a lawyer and he said they have 72 hours to charge but its weird and he says it sounds fishy he should not of been arrested im so confused
