The other advice I'd give is to take your time finding a church, take your time praying and studying the history and beliefs of the different forms of Christianity, don't let the bickering and salesmanship get to you or push you. You have knowledge and desire for Christ now and He'll lead you to the Truth if you pray and have patience, even if it takes your whole life keep seeking Truth in Christ. I'm a member of the Orthodox Church but it took me years to get here, I believe it's the True Church founded in Christ through the Apostles by Holy Spirit, but everyone has to come to it in their own way and not everyone's journey looks the same.
