>>3958100It doesn't take a mathematician to go into a store and get healthy foods. Tuna/oysters/sardines are healthy enough to lose weight on. Whole wheat no sugar bread is healthy. Bananas are healthy. Vegemite and marmite is a god send spread on toast. Only drink water, or have some Zevia!. Have Greek yogurt/a banana, a cup of fat free milk, and a toast for breakfast, Tuna/oyster/sardine [good with tobasco sauce] for lunch, and some sort of 800 calorie meal for supper.
