unfortunately i couldn't pull this off, my springform pan isn't nearly as airtight as hers and the gelatinized orange juice would just leak down immediately. i might be able to snatch away some techniques from this one and reuse though, putting yoghurt in white chocolate ganache is pretty radical
and is it me or did she not say what the base was made of? looks like some meme central european mixture that includes poppy seeds
