>>18051859Check out Sayulita and San Pancho. They're both in the state of Nayarit, Mexico. It's part of the Nayarit Rivieria, which includes Puerto Vallarta (1-2 hrs south of Sayulita).
Also there's Bucerias-- which is between PV & Sayulita. It's a little cheaper, but also more boring and more people, still on the beach. Popular with retirees.
San Pancho is the best, in my opinion, of the Mexican beach towns I've been to. It would probably get boring in 2 weeks or so unless you work on making local friends. But damn the beach is nice.
