Fuck what everybody else is saying about exercise. If you're fat exercise will only make you hungrier. The goal here should be to cut your calories down to about 1700 to 1900 calories a day. You will feel hungry and you need to accept it and get used to it but exercise will only make you hungrier. After about 30 days of low calories you will learn to appreciate the feeling then you can start exercising.
Stay away from pastries, fried foods, beef, milk, and sugar for the first 30 days. You will detox and you will feel like shit every step of the way but after the first 30 days it gets easier. You can have the bad shit but you will legitimately stop wanting it.
