Women are the most selfish creatures on the planet. It's a miracle men were around and evolved to be the thinkers/leaders in this world otherwise we would have never survived.
If all men disappeared tomorrow it would take less than 10 years for the women to kill themselves off even if they discovered how to fertilize themselves in labs.
