I used to be a skinny boi but started eating a salad or broccoli every day and since then I've developed a more muscle for my pecs and glutes since I walk a lot (I have a doggo now too). Also you might be lacking sleep if you post here to often and have insomnia, I know I do which holds me back, sleep helps your body heal and grow so try getting more of that.
