Ginger powder is the bomb. In stark contrast to regular ginger which rots in like a week it basically holds up forever and it's still perfectly effective. You just put it in water and you have instant ginger tea without even heating it up.
Same for clove powder, which is also very strong.
Herbs are amazing in general.
Being so sensitive is good because you actually notice the effects (or side effects) of most of the supplements and you can then adjust the dose for maximum benefit yourself.
