He took all of your sins, past, present and future upon himself and died, killing that sin, so that whoever would call upon him and believe in him with their heart, that they would be saved.
This doesn't give you the go-ahead to go out and willfully sin. God will still punish you on earth. But you are his child, and if you've accepted Jesus into your heart and believe that he is the Son of God, died on the cross, and came back to life 3 days later, then you are saved. If you haven't already, please consider praying the sinner's prayer.
