I really can't explain it well, but imagine having a rope to cross a gap, and get to the other side, but you just sit there and are stuck in a constant state of hesitation with a blank mind, and every time you snap out of it, you are caught in the feeling of lack of motor skills and you end up fucking everything up, and you go back into deer-in-headlights mode.
