I say let them keep wallowing in their mud cakes. Otherwise, the only way I’d bother with them is hard colonization, in which all men are castrated and enslaves and all women turned to concubines. But the reasoning for this method in the development of humanity was to keep the good traits of the dominated tribe to help bolster the dominated tribe. What good is there in keeping the traits of a populace that has wallowed in its own shit for generations?
