As a man I can choose to pass my seed on to only high value women.
Low value women are not worth wasting time on as that is resources that I must allocate to ensure offspring stay alive.
By selecting prime females of good genetic stock. I decrease likelihood of passing on bad genetics and decrease wasted time on children who could potentially die.
The cause of all societal problems is literally men breeding with low value women.
