I think if we get all the small countries into a group then go after the big countries one at a time we can do it
all the pacific islands are ᵛᵉʳʸ ˢᵐᵃˡˡ so we will control the pacific!
then as we make our way in the big countries we will divide up the conquered land in to lots of small countries and have them join us because they will also be scared of being bullied by the big countries
