Men must prepared to become independent, sure of themselves, full of accomplishment.. This is achieved through brutal rites of passages through mentorship
Then they can LEAD

Women, too, need to prepare for adult life
> Appeal (sex)accentuate their femininity to attract a male mate
> WifeDevoted support of her man, providing him what he needs to be a driving force for the family
> MotherA hen nurturing her chicks and keeping the household together as a family unit (in the community)
> 'Abuela'A maternal influence in the community as a grandmother, mentoring her young and caring for their kids kids.
Women today ONLY know the first part. They have no idea how to even function in any of those other roles
