instant ramen noods are just very particular and it's not like i have access to freeze drying or dehydrating or whatever it is that they do, so i'm worried it might not be the same
hmm, i don't think i ever considered that it could be the oiliness. always assumed it was something in the spice mix which is why i thought to do that part myself
