The only bs on this picture would be the rice on the side. And it's pretty common to put some salty dried cheese on top of the chilaquiles and beans, chilaquiles are also accompanied with sour cream and avocado slices.
A more regular breakfast would be scrambled eggs with chorizo/ham/chile-tomatoe-onion and a side of refried beans. We usually ditch the spoons aside and eat breakfast woth soft corn tortillas or freshly baked bread.
Coffee is mandatory, in rural areas they drink atole instead of coffee.
