>>20196658After I took the 2x Pfitzers (was trying to study at the time) I noticed an increase in weird heart aches and also when waking up mostly, i had symptoms of basically a mild heart insufficiency (parts of the body, usually exremities or parts you layed down on getting numb and blood taking a while to reach back into it and making you feel it again, blood being slower than usual to recirculate)
The one thing that was a game changer for that was supplementing with Tomato juice (or any tomato based product) it makes the blood work properly again
I found it was also corellated to my hashimoto, though, so it might have been due to that and not actually the vaccine.
But I did notice weird heart aches ever since the vaccine and tomatoe juice helped.
Also a big helper with this was Citrulline, but again I limit my citrulline intake because it does also trigger herpes. Lysine is a counter for that but if you take too much Lysine a day that will get you a bloody nose. Also Zinc, C, D3 obviously help prevent Herpes but you also have to keep the dosages of those at a certain level, stepping over always has a negative effect. (i notice kidney pain after too much vit c e.g. which makes sense since it makes oxalates, Zinc high dose can deplete copper, which is important for iron uptake, vit D3 can throw off your Vitamin A and also esp if you take it without K2 it will actually take calcium out of your bones into your blood, i do alkso notice too high D3 intake with kidney pain.
Being so sensitive is kinda interesting but I would prefer to just go back before i had it.
I find i do the best when i just eat healthy but then also add pretty much all of the supplements , but each of them in the right dose and not overstepping it (adjusting dose for some estimated nutrients that were already in the food as well).
a good life hack is also: you know the puffy face in the morning from salt? potassium will pretty much instantly flow it out and remove the puffyness
