If I was a believer I would say god was right with me at that moment. and inb4 I was high, I was sober for 9 months when this experienced happened.man, i just had this last month. then two weeks later shit got scary. like i thought i could lose my mind.
i had to stop meditating and in a couple days it all cleared up. still not sure wtf that was though, but it was seriously spooky
