Though yeah, 30 USD is a fuckton for a plushie in my opinion, mostly because I live in a country with somewhat weak currency compared to USA - so unless you are making 10 USD / hour, I probably would have second thoughts about it.
If you are not living alone, you gotta make sure that won't ever become a bone between your family, cuz that would be plain uncomfortable :^)
