Leave suddenly so they have no time to review anything. Apply to better jobs in other places referencing the old job. Rinse and repeat until you have a respectable resume (2-3 jobs) by that point no one will even verify if you went to college. The bigger the lie the easier it is for people to believe. Learn all relevant skills to the job from quick internet videos or online articles. If Indians can do it you can too.
