well, again, i'm going by his terrible explanations but i think what he was saying is, in languages with instrumental you have different ways of saying "i fixed the nail with a hammer" and "i fixed the nail with Ivan". which is true but that doesn't really translate into saying the language has "two withs" or that it's a superior way of expressing yourself than what english uses, which is what i got out of it.
