Richanon here (8 figga nigga), skipping this thread to give you the reasons. I am rich and I know a lot of rich ppl. Let's do this:
*They're not really rich: most "rich people" are just a cobbled-together machine of debt payments and income, and it can fall apart anytime. They'll do anything to keep it up.
*Bootstrap boomer copers: people who act like they are resourceful but we're largely lucky (inheritance, tech stk options). They know they can't replicate the wealth generation so live in some fear of destitution while blaming people who don't have enough for some perceived failing.
Selfish assholes: they DO think they are truly gifted and special and giving it to you isn't consistent with their specialness. They have to give it to a "charity" that recognizes their greatness.
Rich people who just aren't close to you: they would give if you were closer. My mom and brother get money, but i stiff quite a few other relatives. Gotta draw the line somewhere. My objective is to give each kid >$10 million free and clear, they are more important to me than anyone else.
Then there are recipients. That medical debt come from shooting yourself in the leg when you were robbing a liquor store? Did they already bail you out once? Have you asked nicely? Did you present a plan that they could buy into and help with? Why are you such a bitch that you think the money fairy must help you? Do YOU help anyone downstream of you, because you're rich to about 5 billion people if you have a fucking washing machine
