>>1398038the only bad thing about running is possibly the strain it puts on your knees. if you're only doing it strictly for cardio. then, there are other ways of getting cardio without straining your knees. cycles are the other best example or really high reps and very little cooldowns between excercises when utilizing the gym. im no /fit/ guy so i can't go into the finer details as to why it is or isnt good for you. in my opinion its not and theres no better way to improve your running other than... running.
