no oil, inferior technology after 1940, god awfully manufacturing techniques and counterintelligence, Hitler's steady reshaping of the Wehrmacht to make it inline with nazi ideology thus making it less effective... etc.
not only would Spain not fix any of these problems it would be like adding a second Italy.
