>>21053975>The trick is not to get morbidly obese in the first place. This is SO hard for a lot of young Americans between 12-22 or so. I'm in my 50's now and I've chaperoned kids and had teens come over for sleepovers and stuff in between 2005 and 2018 or so. It's crazy how many of them have ruined their bodies (probably permanently) with weight gain/loss yoyo-ing from eating like shit. We went out swimming and there was one girl who was 18/19 and she was a little chubby, sure, but she stepped over us while walking somewhere and you could see her inner thigh was wrinkled like a 50 year old woman's. She had a really pretty face at least but it made me sad because these kids aren't ever getting a chance to be good-looking. They've never known what being fit is or being young and beautiful ever in their lives. I look around at random young ladies when I'm shopping and realize again and again those girls would have been like the 3rd or 4th fattest girl in my whole high school when I was growing up. Everyone else is so fat they have no idea how far off 'normal' they are.
