Sadly the function is a little retarded or I'm not fully understanding it since MC_PRE_SPAWN_CLEAN_AWARD is supposed to be called when a room has been cleared and the MC_EVALUATE_CACHE is the one updating stats and their hierarchy in callings is retarded or something because you get the bonus stat after you either take the pedestal item or go next floor. I'll try to work on this more to give it instantly
The only trick I can do is to probably change the MC_PRE_SPAWN_CLEAN_AWARD to something like (call it when you go next floor) BUT also apply the stat locally without changing the CACHE which is the function that holds it permanently so that way what you see on the screen is not deceving but I think you'll see -3 and then +3 when you go next floor which is again annoying
