But in reality, business owners (much like everybody else) wants all the possible pros with the least cons, so they are pretty keen on being the ones manufacturing on a fascist regime. Because of the way they are organized, on fascist regimes there is not much variety of supply, bc who produces what it's regulated, not as much as in URSS gosplans, but still, a bit. This means less competitors, which means a better overall position for the business owner.
