I don't think a stupid person could make art as fine as Inuit carvings, so the idea that they are average or below is hard to believe. They are not unintelligent, just mostly concerned with their day to day lives. Would you argue Celts are genetically inferior to Germans just because they didn't contribute as much to modernizing European civilization and Ireland's IQ is ever so slightly below the 100 mark? All while completely ignoring that Irish and Scottish have the largest, most robust brains in Europe aside from Lapplanders?
