>>19098313It depends. All AP spent is the same when it comes to leveling your account or earning expert permits for max level players. For newfags, I'd say normal missions for cafe upgrades are most important.
Otherwise, my personal priority is events > hard missions(for elephs) > normal missions(for gear) > commissions > scrimmages.
Any 2x/3x reward farming will usually take priority over the other methods apart from when it overlaps with an event.
Events almost always take priority over everything else due to the rewards and most event shop content.
