If you get disparate you could always get dog food/cat food hell I'd unironically recommend Nutro dog treats as a source of food to get by as they're unironically tasty and have great ingredients. Also big bags of rice is always a good investment during a crisis or not. I personally like mixing it with sassuage and veggies in a pan.
I'm sure the stores will stock up again, it may not be your preferred diet but this isn't the time to be pick OP sorry.
