is it bad for you? it definitely tastes good enough to be bad but i don't see why it would be.
one time me gymrat m8 who can't cook for shit invited me over to his house one time and for dinner he made a whole chicken he just stuck in the oven in a pan for 40 minutes at some high temperature like 300 or something and it came out perfect, just like a rotisserie chicken, perfect skin, juicy on the inside, everything. i don't think he even flipped it. wouldn't have believed it was possible unless i saw it with me own eyes.
