Personally I just eat my TDEE every day, I take a probiotic, multivitamin, probiotic, glucosamine and fish oil sups. I get my macros everyday. I'm 5'11" and 165lbs. My meals everyday are pretty similar, banana+greek yogurt+kiwi for breakfast. Rotisserie chicken, mixed vegetables and a double scoop of protein powder (I like the ghost brand) for lunch. For dinner I eat a normal dinner, steak/fish/ectect and some sort of starch (boiled/mashed potato, rice ect) and for a snack I have an oz almonds.
