They allow real people to post but they prune opinions that deviate from the agenda of the day. Generally speaking, if your post is allowed through the system despite deviating from the norm, then it is because the system thinks that the content of your post poorly represents that position. If you eloquently/charismatically argue for a conservative opinion, the post is hidden. If you sound like a total retard, they let their users see it, as if to say to them "see, conservatives are retards".
A place like that is a magnet for bad people, much like Twitch and other corporate propaganda hubs.
