last week i did a post about my horrible experience with Meditation. I wrote about how felt all the bad thoughts coming at the same time and that i would never do that again. A random pajeet told me not to give up and to truly learn how to meditate with the aim of total relaxation. since last week i have tried meditating every week and now i am happy to report, i was relaxed while meditating. for the first time, i was truly able to concentrate on my breath and ignore my thoughts. after about 4-5 minutes, i started seeing colorful symbols and figures in front of my closed eyes. I was overwhelmed with the same euphoric feeling i would get when smoking weed. It lasted up until i slipped and i started thinking about my troubles again. After i couldn´t reach that state again, i opened my eyes and Colours seemed more colorful.
