I impressed them to such a degree with the breadth and depth of my knowledge, my ability to test/authenticate stuff and work with customers buying and selling coins, antiques, bullion and scrap that they hired me on the spot and didn't bother looking for anyone else. On a day I wasn't there a friend overheard the owners telling a handful of long-term loyal customers about me, saying "He's the kind of employee we've always dreamed of finding, but never saw until he walked through those doors". As you might imagine it's extraordinarily fun and fulfilling to get paid to play with coins and precious metals all day, I'm already helping them capture lots of previously unrealized profits and am learning shitloads about how the brick-and-mortar coin and bullion business works, it's really fuggin' cool fren.
