I dunno cause I've never been to that specific place but apparently a lot of norwegians live in that area.
Athens isn't great. You can go there for a couple of days to visit some landmarks but I'd suggest island hopping for a greece vacation unless all you want to do is lie on the beach. Naxos and santorini are pretty fun.
