She was coming to the realization that she was coming to the end of her fertility and she wanted to have a baby with me but I refused. She pretty much said she'd completely raise it herself and I wouldn't need to do anything but the idea that her husband would be its primary male role model irked me. He has some redeeming qualities but he's dumb as nails so ehhhhhh.
I may regret this decision if I don't find anyone else to have children with but we'll see.
