that said, i'm in Dobrich which is a fairly dry city as far as i know but this neighbourhood is prone to flooding because there are a lot of more elevated neighbourhoods around it. a few years ago it got flooded during a rain and there was waist deep water everywhere. we had to buy a new car, because it was ruined.
