On a tropical beach overseas, far from Spaghetti Town, Carmody Jefferson's skin is warmed by the bright morning sun, as the gentle breeze of air from the sea rolls in over her. She has just finished a stroll along the beach, and settled in to a beachside cafe for a little refreshment and a chat. She feels warm and happy and vibrant and alive.
>"The banana crunch smoothies they have here are really different from the ones back in Spaghetti Town, I've gotta say. They taste so light, but so FRESH!"
Carmody shifts her weight on the wooden stool by the table.
>"So we got the whole day ahead of us still. You wanna get in a quick workout, then get our swimsuits and head to the beach?"
>"Or maybe the topless beach?"
Carmody flashes a sultry, mischievous look, but only for a moment before another idea flashes across her mind, and her eyes open wide.
>"Or we can hire one of those SCUBA guides and go diving! See all the cool shit that lives in the reefs around here!"
Whatever the day may bring, Carmody's sure they will have a blast. She's here in paradise with Sola Fire, and for the moment there's no impending pain or stress to weigh upon them, just surf, sand, sea, and smoothies, and the moments and memories that make the rest of it all worthwhile.
