Because "the store manager here is the WORST one I have ever dealt with in my 10+ years of working in retail">Store manager is notorious pedantic control freak asshole, make you do certain same tasks over and over, if display is just a PICOMETER off to the left or some shit, he make us get rid of it only to do it AGAIN next day, artificial busy work bullshit>Pretty 95% of the staff there HATE his guts, even assistants seems to dislike him a lot(can't say out loud but you know from looking at them)>CXM went to district level to complain and beg for help to make SM change his habit and turn new leaf>District did NOTHING, corporate apathy bullshit, HR just hand waved it like no big deal>One day CXM got fed up, casually walked in(didn't clock in), drop resignation letter on SM's desk(no 2 weeks notice) and walked out>Same letter she sent to regional level(somehow)>Just weeks after that happened, at least FOUR districts, including HR and Manager himself were all fucking FIRED>Now bunch of rumors that stores in my district, especially my store, regional guys are PISSED and want to clean house, store manager, assistants, associates, supervisors and HR lady were going to get fired early next year.....>Assistants made is clear that if you gossip about that at all in public, you are fucking fired>Literally found out last week only because my coworker friendo caught CXM on her last day there walking away and told him everything as well as another guy on freight that confirmed upper level shitshow happening>Only told me because were off the clock lunch time away from store anywayI'm gonna keep trying to job search just in case even if markets are terrible. This is omega bearish for my portfolio, wish me luck lads.....
