yeah you know, this is why i generally avoid reading books that were written by non-slavs or non-english speakers, i always have that question at the back of my mind. am i cucking myself by not reading this in the original? i suppose if i'm willing to give a shot to slavic language books i should extend that to like german and dutch authors but slavic languages are generally closer to each other than other european language groups.
